Meditation is the antidote to stress. When we sit and cultivate presence we can arrive back to our baseline self :: releasing reactivity, aligning with our inherent love, compassion and patience. Taking the time to return to stillness and let go of learned perceptions and judgements, can alter you right down to the cellular level :: improve brain coherence, lower blood pressure, decrease inflammation, boost immunity and enhance the ability to sleep aiding in the bodies capability to regenerate :: creating harmony physically, mentally and emotionally.
