Essential oils have been used throughout history for their medicinal and therapeutic benefits promoting emotional and physical wellness. This workshop will help to get you acquainted with Ylang Ylang, Clary Sage, Wild Orange and Vetiver. Erica will discuss the importance of self-care to support emotional healing and well-being. By taking the time to nourish ourselves we can cleanse the stuck, blocked energy that can sometimes weigh so heavy.
During the workshop you will use essential oils to make a body scrub, body oil, linen spray and perfume roller ball, leaving with the confidence and excitement at how effortless these DIY recipes can be.
All materials/tools will be supplied for the workshop.
Light snacks and beverage will be provided. Only 9 students will be able to join the class to provide plenty of one-on-one instruction.
