Essential oils have been used throughout history for their medicinal and therapeutic benefits promoting emotional and physical wellness. This workshop will help to get you acquainted with Juniper Berry, Geranium, Myrrh and Rosemary. Erica has designed this workshop to promote the importance of using all natural products in our facial regime to nourish and illuminate the skin. During the workshop you will use essential oils to make :

A facial mask to clarify and tone, improving skins texture and elasticity.

A facial serum to increase circulation, tone the skin for a more supple, smooth appearance. 

A facial mist to stimulate cell renewal and promote hydration. 

An anti-aging roller ball which will preserves delicate skin tissue around the eyes, helping to minimize dark shadows and fine lines.

You will leave the workshop with the confidence and excitement at how effortless these DIY recipes can be. Mikko will be offering a complimentary service of coffee and tea and canapés. All materials/tools will be supplied for the workshop.

By taking the time to nourish ourselves we can cleanse the stuck, blocked energy that can sometimes weigh so heavy.

During the workshop you will use essential oils to make a body scrub, body oil, linen spray and perfume roller ball, leaving with the confidence and excitement at how effortless these DIY recipes can be.

All materials/tools will be supplied for the workshop. 

Light snacks and beverage will be provided. Only 9 students will be able to join the class to provide plenty of one-on-one instruction.

Reorganize Your Energy With Restorative Yoga and Essential Oils

Experience rest and rejuvenation. Using the aid of props and essential oils, restorative yoga can reduce stress and restore health, achieving physical, mental and emotional relaxation. When stress becomes chronic a residue builds within the body that can lead to “dis-ease” in forms of high blood pressure, ulcers, back pain, immune dysfunction, reproductive problems, and depression. The antidote to stress is relaxation. Erica has designed a restorative flow, mostly lying down, to quiet the mental turbulence, enhance a healthy spine, reverse the effects of gravity and heighten the exchange of oxygen and waste products across the cellular membrane. Through a restorative yoga practice, one can balance the nervous system and boost immunity, leaving the class with energy levels balanced and restored.

Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation is an ancient technique of expressing gratutude to the sun and its life force. We do this 108 times as this number is considered sacred in Hinduism and yoga (108 beads on a mala, the average distance of the Sun and the moon to Earth is 108 times their respective diameter, 108 pithas/sacred sites in India, 108 Upanishads, 108 marma points in the body).
